A Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is a membership model of healthcare that puts patients first by giving patients easier access to their physician.
A PureVida membership gives you continuous access to your provider for a simple monthly fee, allowing you to receive primary care, wellness support, and direct communication without the limitations of traditional insurance based practices.

Our practice is devoted to the maintenance of your good health, to the enhancements of your daily experience that only physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being can bring. We’re here for all your mind/ body spirit needs. We focus on prevention and healing at the same time.
Our goal is to limit or eliminate your need for non-emergent acute visits at clinics such as urgent care, by efficiently being responsive to your clinical concerns. In addition, we can also be available via phone, text, email or virtual visits for health care needs that arise when you are away from home.

PureVida does not bill insurance for membership or visits, so many patients keep an insurance plan for services performed outside the practice such as imaging, specialist visits, emergency care, or hospital services.

Although the practice accepts adult patients of all ages, the practice will not treat patients who are covered by Medicare or Medicare advantage health plans. The Practice excludes Medicare patients for financial reasons unrelated to the age or disability of the patient.

Memberships include same day or next day appointments, longer in office visits, telemedicine support, preventive care services, and transparent pricing on additional labs, medications, and wellness treatments.

Medications, Botox/Xeomin, lip and face fillers, PRP therapy, Microneedling with PRP, PDO threads, PDO threads combined with Microneedling and PRP, and Chemical Peels are available for an additional cost and are not part of our memberships.
Labs and medications are offered at discounted rates for our patients. We do not offer vaccines to our patients at this time.

Yes! You are welcome to schedule both primary care and wellness services on the same day for your convenience, as long as the appointment times are available. This allows you to take care of your health needs and aesthetic or wellness goals in a single visit. Members receive discounts on aesthetic and wellness services.

All emergencies should be handled with 911 or in the emergency room. Members will be given several methods to contact our team for urgent or non urgent matters.

We prefer calling ahead to make an appointment with a provider. We will do our best to accommodate.

Our goal is to provide hassle free and convenient health care. If something comes up, please let us know and we are happy to reschedule appointments. There are no penalties for no show or cancellations
